Secure Payment Options: How to Pay for Your Order

At Windwish, we want to make sending gifts to China as seamless as buying from your local store. We offer a variety of familiar, internationally recognized payment methods to ensure your checkout process is quick, easy, and 100% secure.

Accepted Payment Methods

You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you at checkout. We proudly accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Simply enter your card details directly on our secure checkout page.
  • PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or linked credit cards without entering your card details on our site.
  • Digital Wallets: If you are browsing on a compatible Apple device, Apple Pay will appear as an express checkout option for one-click payments.

Currencies & Exchange Rates

While our products are primarily priced in US Dollars (USD), you do not need to have a USD bank account to place an order.

  • When you pay with a credit card or PayPal from another country (e.g., UK, Australia, Eurozone), your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount into your local currency.
  • Windwish does not charge any hidden currency conversion fees. The exchange rate is determined solely by your bank or PayPal at the time of the transaction.

Troubleshooting: What if my payment is declined?

Because you are placing an international order (paying a company that delivers in China), some Western banks or credit card companies may flag the transaction as "suspicious" to protect you from fraud. This is a common security measure for overseas purchases.

If your card is declined, please try the following steps:

  • Call your bank: Call the number on the back of your credit card, inform them that you are making a legitimate international purchase, and ask them to authorize the transaction. You can then try checking out again.
  • Use PayPal: PayPal has highly sophisticated cross-border payment systems. You can check out as a "Guest" using your credit card through PayPal even if you dont have a registered PayPal account. This often bypasses bank restrictions.
  • Try another card: Switch to a different credit card or use Apple Pay.
