Delivery Coverage: Where We Can Send in China

China is a vast country, but distance is no obstacle for your gifts. Windwish has built a robust network of premium local florists and bakeries across Mainland China. This hyper-local approach allows us to deliver fresh flowers and cakes to almost any address, quickly and safely.

Our Delivery Zones

We classify our delivery areas into three main zones to give you a clear understanding of delivery times and potential fees:

1. Major Cities & Urban Areas (Tier 1 & Tier 2)

We provide fast, reliable, and generally free standard delivery to all major metropolitan areas and their central districts.

  • Examples: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xian, Nanjing, etc.
  • Delivery Time: Same-day delivery is fully supported if ordered before 3:00 PM (Beijing Time).

2. Suburban Areas & County-Level Cities

Our network also covers suburban districts and smaller county-level cities outside the main urban centers.

  • Delivery Fee: A small, nominal delivery fee (usually between $5 - $10 USD) may apply depending on the exact distance from our local shop.
  • Delivery Time: Same-day delivery is usually available, but we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Remote Towns, Villages & Rural Areas

Yes, we can even deliver to most remote townships and villages! Because these locations are far from city centers, it requires a dedicated driver to make a special trip.

  • Delivery Fee: A higher delivery surcharge will apply.
  • Our Process: If you place an order to a remote address, we will contact you via email first to confirm the exact extra delivery cost before processing your payment or dispatching the order. You always have the option to cancel for a full refund if the fee exceeds your budget.

Delivering to Special Locations

We frequently deliver to specific institutions, but they have unique security rules. Here is what you need to know:

  • Universities & Campuses: Couriers are usually not allowed inside dormitories. The driver will call the student to meet them at the campus gate or a designated mailroom.
  • Hospitals: Delivery is usually made to the nurses station or the main lobby. Please provide the exact Ward and Room Number, along with the patients mobile number.
  • Hotels: We will leave the gift with the Concierge or Front Desk. Please ensure the recipients name matches the name they used to check in.

Dont know if the address is a "City" or a "Village"?

Dont worry! You dont need to be an expert on Chinese geography. Simply provide the address you have (even if its in English or Pinyin) along with the recipients local Chinese mobile number.

Our bilingual customer service team will pinpoint the exact location, translate the address for our local drivers, and contact you if there are any issues. Your gift is in safe hands!
